Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 2-6mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear replacement seal for shower and bath screens with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive required — and the fin closes gaps of 2mm to 6mm, stopping water escaping onto your bathroom floor every time you shower.

This profile is most often fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and it works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the wall or tiles.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects your bathroom. Even a small 2–6mm gap lets a surprising amount of water past the glass — replacing a worn seal takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own, so it pushes straight on and can be removed cleanly whenever it needs replacing.

Neat and discreet. The slim clear profile is designed for tight gaps, so it seals effectively without dominating the look of your screen.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the edge you are sealing, and measure the gap you need to close (2–6mm).

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the edge of the glass starting at one end, with the fin facing the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
