Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 2-7mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear curved shower screen seal for curved bath screens and shower doors with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC channel pushes straight onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive, no screws, no drilling — and the blade beneath closes gaps of 2mm to 7mm between the glass and the tray or floor.

This seal is made for curved glass with a continuous curve, provided your measurements sit within the parameters shown in the diagram above. If your glass is "S" shaped, or straight and then curved, or falls outside those parameters, we can quote for a custom-curved seal instead.

Why fit this seal

Made for curved screens. Standard straight seals fight a curved panel and pull away at the ends — this seal follows the curve of the glass and keeps a consistent seal along its length.

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn or missing bottom seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside a curved screen — replacing it takes minutes.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and can be removed without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, your gap is 2–7mm, and compare your curve measurements with the diagram to confirm they are within the stated tolerances.

2. Choose. The seal comes in an 850mm length — trim at home, or add our custom cutting service. Need longer? Contact us for a custom quote.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the curved edge of the glass so the blade closes the gap. No adhesive, no drying time.
