Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 30-35mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear gap seal for shower doors and bath screens with 4–6mm glass, made for unusually wide gaps of 30mm to 35mm. The rigid PVC U-channel pushes straight onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive at all, and the deep seal bridges the gap between the glass and your tray, bath, tiles or wall.

It is most often fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, but works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall — ideal where a screen has been set well clear of the wall.

Why fit this seal

Closes gaps most seals can't. Few off-the-shelf seals reach across a 30–35mm gap. This deep profile does, stopping water pouring out under or beside the screen every shower.

Protects floors and walls. Water escaping through a large gap quickly damages flooring, skirting and plaster. A properly sized seal is the cheapest insurance you can fit.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick and measure the gap you need to close — it should be between 30mm and 35mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your glass edge, or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the seal spans the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
