Pre-Curved Bubble Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 7-12mm Gaps

What this seal is

A pre-curved clear seal for curved shower and bath screens with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-channel — 9mm tall, with a 4mm mouth widening to 6mm at the base and internal gripping nibs — grips glass measuring 4mm, 5mm or 6mm thick with no need for adhesive, and the soft 12mm bubble seal beneath it closes gaps of 7mm to 12mm between the glass and your bath, tray or wall.

Because it arrives already curved, there is no forcing a straight seal around a bend — it follows the sweep of your screen from the moment you push it on. It suits curved glass with a continuous curve whose measurements fall within the parameters shown in the product diagram.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks on curved screens. Curved bath screens are notorious for dripping where a worn seal has lifted from the bend. This pre-curved profile hugs the glass along its whole sweep, and the soft bubble compresses onto the bath to keep the water inside.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and comes off again without leaving residue.

Shaped before it ships. The curve is formed into the seal itself, so it will not fight against the glass, kink or spring off the way a straightened seal can.

Cut to fit at home. The 850mm length can be trimmed down to your exact measurement, or add our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, confirm the gap you are closing sits between 7mm and 12mm, and compare your curve against the parameters in the product diagram.

2. Choose. Order the 850mm length and trim at home, or add custom cutting. Need it longer? Contact us for a custom quote.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-channel squarely onto the edge of the glass, following the curve as you go, so the bubble sits between glass and bath. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time. Never slide the seal along the glass — this can damage it.
