Black Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Curved Fin, 11-16mm Gaps

What this seal is

A black bottom seal for shower doors and bath screens with 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass. The rigid PVC channel pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and the flexible fin closes gaps of 11mm to 16mm between the glass and the tray, bath or wall, stopping water escaping every time you shower.

It's most often fitted horizontally along the bottom edge of a bath screen or shower door, but works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall — and the black finish sits neatly on the dark-framed enclosures where a clear or white seal would stand out.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks instantly. A worn, discoloured or missing bottom seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster.

Black that blends in. On black and dark-framed enclosures a clear or white seal jars; this profile matches the frame for a factory-fitted look.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own; it slides straight on and comes off again without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick and measure the gap you need to close — this profile suits 11–16mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your glass edge — from 800mm up to 2500mm.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass with the fin facing the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
