Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 6-8mm Glass, 21mm Fin, Gaps to 12mm

What this seal is

A clear, pre-curved seal for curved shower doors and screens with 6–8mm glass. The rigid PVC U-channel pushes straight onto the curved edge of the glass — no adhesive required — and a wide 21mm sweeping blade reaches out across the tray to close gaps of up to 12mm beneath the door.

Profile: a push-on channel (6mm mouth opening onto an 8mm base, with grip nibs) with a thin 21mm blade sweeping out sideways at a shallow angle, so it wipes along the tray as the curved door moves.

Because the seal arrives ready-curved, it follows the glass properly instead of fighting the curve the way a straight seal would. It suits curved glass with a continuous curve whose measurements fall within the parameters shown in the technical diagram in the product images.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks on curved glass. A straight seal will not sit flat on a curved door — this profile arrives pre-curved, so it hugs the glass edge and keeps water inside the enclosure where it belongs.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-channel grips 6–8mm glass on its own. It pushes straight on and comes off again without leaving residue on the glass.

Wide wiping blade. The 21mm blade sweeps across the tray as the door moves, closing gaps up to 12mm without snagging.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 6–8mm thick and compare your curve measurements with the technical diagram to confirm they sit within the stated tolerances.

2. Choose. Order the 850mm length — or add the custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the curved edge of the glass with the blade sweeping onto the tray. Never slide the seal along the glass — this can damage it.
