Shower Door Bottom Seal - 4-6mm Glass, 865mm Fixed Length

What this seal is

A clear horizontal seal for the bottom of a shower door with 4–6mm glass. The channel pushes onto the bottom edge of the glass, and two blades close the gap beneath: a 7mm horizontal fin and a 6mm angled fin that together deflect water back into the tray as the door moves.

Supplied as a single 865mm length, it is a straightforward like-for-like replacement for a worn or discoloured bottom seal — one of the most common causes of water escaping onto the bathroom floor.

Why fit this seal

Stops water reaching the floor. The paired fins sweep the gap under the door, protecting flooring, skirting and plaster from the slow damage a leaking screen causes.

Two fins, one seal. The 7mm horizontal fin rides over the tray or bath edge while the 6mm angled fin deflects running water back inside.

Simple push-fit replacement. The channel pushes onto 4–6mm glass — no adhesive, no drilling, no specialist tools.

Sized for standard doors. The 865mm length suits a typical shower door and can be trimmed for a perfect fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick and measure the width of the bottom edge of the door.

2. Choose. The 865mm length can be trimmed down to your measurement, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal, trim the new one to width if needed, then push the channel onto the bottom edge of the glass with the fins facing into the shower.
