Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, 8mm Bulb Seal

What this seal is

A clear buffer seal for 4–6mm glass shower and bath screens. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive, and a soft side bubble runs along one face. It's most often fitted vertically as a buffer — cushioning the door where it closes against a wall, frame or fixed panel — and it can also be used along the bottom of a screen where the gap is negligible.

If your door slams glass-on-frame, or a hairline gap at the closing edge lets the odd splash through, this simple bubble profile solves both problems in one push-on strip.

Choose your length

This seal comes in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths. Pick the length at or above the edge you're sealing — it cuts down easily at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Softens the close. The bubble cushions the door each time it shuts, protecting the glass edge and stopping that glass-on-glass or glass-on-frame clatter.

Seals hairline gaps. Where the door already sits close to the wall or panel, the soft bubble compresses to close the last few millimetres and keep splashes inside the enclosure.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect fit, or have us cut it for you before dispatch.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick and measure the edge of the glass you're fitting to.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass with the bubble facing the closing edge or the tray. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
