T-Slot Carrier Seal for 4-6mm Glass - T Depths 6-27mm

What this seal is

A clear carrier seal for shower doors and bath screens with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-channel pushes straight onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive at all, and acts as a carrier for a T-seal which slots into its channel — choose the T-seal depth you need from five options: 6mm, 13mm, 17mm, 22mm or 27mm.

It is most often fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and can also be used vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall. Because the T-seal is replaceable, you can renew the blade in future without changing the carrier.

Choose your T-seal depth

The carrier is the same for every option — only the depth of the T-seal that slots into it changes. Measure the depth of your old T-seal, or the distance the blade needs to reach, and pick the nearest of 6mm, 13mm, 17mm, 22mm or 27mm. If your measurement falls between two depths, choose the deeper one — the flexible blade compresses for a tighter seal.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn or missing seal along the bottom of the screen is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower. Replacing it protects flooring, skirting and plaster.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and comes off without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the edge you're sealing and the T-seal depth you need.

2. Choose. Pick your T-seal depth and the nearest length at or above your glass edge, or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, push the carrier onto the edge of the glass, and slot the T-seal into the channel. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
