What this seal is
A clear replacement seal for shower doors and bath screens fitted with 6–8mm glass. The rigid PVC U-channel — 10mm tall, with a 6mm mouth widening to 8mm at the base and internal gripping nibs — simply pushes onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive, gripping glass measuring 6mm, 7mm or 8mm thick. Below the channel sit two soft fins: a straight 16mm wiper fin and a shorter 8mm angled deflector, together closing gaps of 12mm to 16mm and stopping water escaping onto your bathroom floor every time you shower.
This profile is most often fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, but it works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass, sealing the gap between the glass and the tiles or wall.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks and protects your bathroom. A worn, discoloured or missing seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.
Twin-fin design. The straight 16mm fin closes the gap while the angled deflector throws running water back into the tray — better protection than a single-fin seal on wider gaps.
No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 6–8mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and can be removed again without leaving any residue on the glass.
Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your glass is 6–8mm thick, measure the edge you need to seal, and check the gap you are closing sits between 12mm and 16mm.
2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm — or add custom cutting and we cut it to size before dispatch.
3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-channel squarely onto the edge of the glass with the angled deflector facing into the shower. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time. Never slide the seal along the glass — this can damage it.
