Shower Screen Seal - 6-8mm Glass, Seals 19-23mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear gap seal for shower doors and bath screens with 6–8mm glass, closing large gaps of 19mm to 23mm. The rigid PVC U-channel pushes straight onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive at all, and the deep seal bridges the gap between the glass and your tray, bath, tiles or wall.

It is most often fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall — useful where the screen sits well clear of the adjoining surface.

Why fit this seal

Closes gaps ordinary seals can't reach. Most bottom seals top out well below 19mm. This deep profile spans 19–23mm, stopping water pouring through a large gap every shower.

Protects floors and walls. Water escaping under or beside the screen soaks flooring, skirting and plaster over time. A correctly sized seal is a minutes-long fix.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 6–8mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and comes off again without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 6–8mm thick and measure the gap you need to close — it should be between 19mm and 23mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your glass edge, or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the seal spans the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
