Shower Screen Seal - 8-10mm Glass, Seals 3-6mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear shower screen seal for 8–10mm glass that closes gaps of 3mm to 6mm. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass and grips it comfortably with no adhesive, while the seal bridges the gap to the bath, tray, wall or tiles — stopping water escaping every time you shower.

It is most commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and can also be used vertically on the upright of the glass to seal between the glass and the tiles or wall.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects your floor. A worn or missing bottom seal is the most common cause of water escaping under a shower door or bath screen. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 8–10mm glass on its own — it slides straight onto the edge and can be removed or repositioned without leaving any residue.

Neat, discreet finish. Designed for smaller 3–6mm gaps, the compact profile closes the clearance tightly and the clear PVC is barely visible once fitted.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick, measure the edge you are sealing, and measure the gap between the glass and the surface below or beside it.

2. Choose. Confirm your gap falls within 3–6mm, then pick the nearest length at or above your measurement.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the edge of the glass so the seal closes against the bath, tray, wall or tiles. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
