90-Degree Join Seal - Fits 8-9mm Glass (10mm Tight Fit)

What this seal is

A clear seal for the vertical join where two panels of glass meet at 90 degrees — most commonly on the upright sections of a bath screen. The high-quality rigid PVC U-section grips 8mm or 9mm glass comfortably with no need for any adhesive; it can also be fitted to 10mm glass, although the fit is very tight.

Once pushed onto the glass, the profile closes the corner join between the two panes and keeps water inside the screen. Where hinges hold the two panels together, simply cut the seal around them for a neat, continuous run.

Why fit this seal

Stops corner leaks. The 90-degree join on a bath screen is a classic escape route for water. A fresh seal closes it in minutes and protects flooring and skirting from long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 8–9mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and can be removed without leaving residue on the glass.

Easy like-for-like replacement. Take the old seal off, cut the new one to the same length — allowing for any hinges — and push it on. No tools beyond a sharp knife or scissors.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–9mm thick (10mm is a very tight fit) and measure the height of the 90-degree join, noting the position of any hinges.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm — or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean the glass edge, cut the new seal to length and around any hinges, then push it onto the glass along the join.
