What this seal is
A clear buffer seal for shower and bath screens with 8mm, 9mm or 10mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass and grips comfortably with no adhesive, while the soft side bubble cushions the glass against the adjacent surface.
Because it has just a soft bubble rather than a long fin, it is most often used vertically as a buffer where a door meets a wall or fixed panel — though it also works along the bottom of a screen where the gap is negligible.

Available in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm and 2000mm lengths. Pick the length at or above the edge you are sealing and cut it down at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal
Protects the closing edge. The soft bubble cushions the glass where the door meets a wall, tiles or fixed panel, closing the vertical gap and softening the contact every time the door shuts.
No adhesive, no mess. The rigid U-channel grips 8–10mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and comes off without leaving residue.
Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC blends into the glass edge rather than drawing the eye.
Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it for an exact edge-to-edge fit, or let us cut it for you.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick and measure the edge you need to cover.
2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above that measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm.
3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-channel onto the edge of the glass with the bubble facing the surface it closes against. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
