Shower Screen Seal - 8mm Glass, Deep Channel with Base Foot

What this seal is

A clear carrier channel for 8mm glass shower screens and doors. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive, and its groove then accepts any of our T-shaped channel seals — so you can slot in exactly the wipe or blade you need where a standard one-piece seal won't work.

You'll most often find this carrier along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, but it works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass, sealing the gap between the glass and your tiles or wall.

Choose your length

This carrier comes in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths. Pick the length at or above the edge you're sealing — it cuts down easily at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Flexible sealing system. Because the T-seal slides into the carrier separately, you can pick the exact blade for your gap — and replace just the wipe in future without touching the channel.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 8mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue.

Protects your bathroom. A properly sealed screen edge stops water escaping onto flooring, skirting and plaster every time you shower.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a neat edge-to-edge fit, or have us cut it for you.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8mm thick and measure the edge you need to seal.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement, plus the T-shaped insert seal that suits your gap.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, push the channel onto the edge of the glass, then slide your T-seal into the groove. No adhesive, no drying time.
