Shower Screen Seal - 8mm Glass, Slot-In T Carrier

What this seal is

A clear carrier seal for shower and bath screens with 8mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass and grips comfortably with no additional adhesive — and instead of a fixed fin, it has a groove that accepts our T-shaped channel seals, so you can slide in whichever T-seal suits your gap.

That makes it the answer where a standard one-piece seal will not work: fit this carrier to the glass, then choose the T-seal that closes your particular gap. It is used horizontally along the bottom of a bath screen or shower door, or vertically between the glass upright and the tiles or wall.

Choose your length

Available in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm and 2000mm lengths. Pick the length at or above the edge you are sealing and cut it down at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Solves awkward gaps. Where no standard seal fits your screen, the carrier-plus-T-seal combination lets you match the blade to the gap exactly.

Easy future replacement. Once the carrier is on the glass, a worn T-seal simply slides out and a new one slides in — no need to remove the carrier.

No adhesive, no mess. The rigid U-channel grips 8mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and comes off without leaving residue.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it for an exact fit, or let us cut it for you.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8mm thick and measure the edge you need to cover.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above that measurement, plus the T-shaped channel seal that suits your gap.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, push the U-channel onto the edge of the glass, then slide your chosen T-seal along the groove.
