Vertical Glass Joint Seal - 10-12mm Glass, Inline 180

What this seal is

A clear vertical glass-joint seal for frameless enclosures with 10–12mm glass. The high-quality rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass and grips 10mm or 12mm glass comfortably with no need for any additional adhesive.

This profile is used on the vertical sections of glass panels, normally to join two panels together inline at 180 degrees — closing the joint neatly so water can't escape between the panes. It is designed for straight glass only.

Why fit this seal

Seals the joint between panels. An open or worn vertical joint lets water track between fixed panels and onto the floor. This U-section closes the inline joint cleanly and keeps the water inside the enclosure.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 10–12mm glass on its own — it slides straight onto the edge and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue on the glass.

Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC keeps the frameless look of thick-glass enclosures while quietly doing its job at the joint.

Cut to fit at home. The 2000mm length trims down easily for a perfect top-to-bottom fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 10mm or 12mm thick and measure the height of the vertical joint you need to seal.

2. Choose. The seal comes in a 2000mm length — order as supplied and trim down, or add the custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the edge of one panel so it closes the inline joint against the neighbouring panel. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
