Self-Adhesive Carrier & T Seal - T Depths 6-27mm

What this seal is

A two-part sealing system for awkward gaps where a standard push-on seal will not work. A clear rigid PVC channel with pre-applied 3M VHB (very high bond) tape sticks to any flat surface — glass, tiles or frame — and a T-shaped seal then slots into the channel to close the gap.

Because it fixes with tape rather than gripping the glass edge, it suits any glass thickness. It is commonly used along the bottom horizontal section of a bath screen or shower door, vertically on the upright of the glass, or on any other flat surface where you need a seal.

Choose your T seal depth

The T seal is available in depths of 6mm, 13mm, 17mm, 22mm or 27mm. Measure the gap you need to close, then pick the depth closest to it — if your gap sits between two sizes, choose the deeper T seal for a tighter close.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the length of the gap you need to seal and its width, so you can pick the right T seal depth.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement and the T seal depth closest to your gap.

3. Fit. Clean and dry the surface, trim the channel and T seal to length, peel the backing and press the channel firmly into place, then slide the T seal into the groove.
