Shower Support Bar - Spans Gaps of 700mm to 1200mm
What this support bar is
A square-section telescopic support bar that braces a wet room screen, shower screen or door panel of 8mm glass back to the wall, adding rigidity and stability without drilling a single hole in the glass — the clamp simply fits over the panel using the spacers provided.
Because the bar is telescopic there is no tricky cutting: it adjusts to span any gap from 700mm to 1200mm and locks at the right length with grub screws, always giving a smooth, finished look. All fixings required for fitting are included.
Will it suit my screen?
The glass clamp swivels and locks in place, so the bar can meet glass set at any angle. The wall fitting does not swivel, however, so the bar cannot come off the wall at a 45° angle — it needs to run straight out from the wall.

Why fit this support bar
Stops the wobble. A frameless screen that flexes at a touch feels flimsy and works its seals loose — a support bar braces the glass firmly back to the wall.
No drilling into the glass. The clamp fits over the panel with protective spacers, so there is no risk to your glass and no specialist tools needed.
Telescopic — no cutting. Adjust the bar to the exact span, lock the grub screws and you are guaranteed a neat, smooth finish every time.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Order before 2pm and your support bar is dispatched the same working day.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your glass is 8mm thick and measure between the wall and the glass — anywhere from 700mm to 1200mm is covered.
2. Adjust. Extend the telescopic bar to the correct size and lock it in place with the grub screws.
3. Fit. Attach the flat end to the wall, insert the panel into the clip using the provided spacers to protect the glass, and tighten the screws to secure.
