What this seal is
A semi-transparent grey threshold seal that creates a physical barrier water simply cannot pass. Bonded to the floor of a wet room, the edge of a bath or the front of a shower tray with ordinary bathroom silicone, it keeps water firmly inside your showering area instead of spreading across the bathroom floor.
Made from a rigid acrylic, it is ideal where a wet room floor doesn't slope steeply enough to drain properly, where a pivoting bath screen leaves an awkward gap at the frame, or as a back-up barrier used alongside an over-the-glass seal on a shower enclosure.
Where can I use it?
Wet rooms. If the fall of your tiled floor isn't carrying water to the drain, a run of threshold seal holds it back. Prefer something softer underfoot? We also offer a similar profile in a softer rubber material.
Bath edges. Run it the full length of the bath, or just far enough to span the width of your screen glass, to seal the tricky section where the frame meets the glass on a pivoting screen.
Shower enclosures. Use it as a physical barrier in conjunction with one of our over-the-glass seals to make an awkward enclosure fully watertight.

Why fit this seal
Stops water escaping. A solid raised barrier keeps wet room and shower water off the rest of the bathroom floor, protecting flooring, skirting and door thresholds from water damage.
Simple, permanent fix. One bead of bathroom silicone is all it takes to fix the seal down — no screws, no drilling, no specialist tools.
Solves awkward gaps. It's the go-to answer for the hard-to-seal junction where a pivoting screen's frame meets the glass on a bath edge.
Discreet finish. The semi-transparent grey profile sits neatly against tiles and trays without dominating the look of the room.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Measure the run you need to seal — across a wet room doorway, along the bath edge or across the front of the tray.
2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement; trim it down at home or add our custom cutting service.
3. Fit. Make sure the surface is clean and dry, run a bead of bathroom silicone along the underside of the seal, press it into position and leave the silicone to cure before showering.
