Vertical Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, 15mm Fin Depth

What this seal is

A clear vertical seal for frameless shower screens with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC channel pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and a rigid 15mm fin closes the vertical gap between your glass and the wall or adjacent panel, stopping water escaping at the side of the screen.

Because the fin is rigid rather than flexible, this seal is normally fitted vertically on the upright edge of the glass. It can be used horizontally, but the fin will not flex over a tray lip, so for bottom edges a flexible-fin seal is usually the better choice.

Why fit this seal

Stops water escaping at the side of the screen. A missing or yellowed vertical seal lets water track down the gap between glass and wall onto your floor. A fresh seal closes it neatly and protects flooring and plaster.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and can be removed again without leaving residue on the glass.

Neat, rigid finish. The rigid 15mm fin holds a clean straight line down the full height of the panel, and the clear PVC is barely noticeable once fitted.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the height of the panel edge, and check the vertical gap you are closing is within the 15mm fin depth.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your panel height — from 800mm up to 2500mm — or add custom cutting and we cut it to size before dispatch.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the glass edge working from the bottom up so the fin faces the wall or panel — press it on, never slide it.
