White X-Profile Seal for Aqualux Concertina Bath Screens

What this seal is

A white X-shaped seal best known as the vertical replacement seal on Aqualux concertina and folding bath screens. The soft PVC body with rigid PVC tips sits in the channels between the folding panels and flexes with them every time the screen concertinas open and closed, keeping the joints between panels watertight.

It fits by sliding into the vertical channels between the panels — no adhesive required — so swapping a tired, discoloured or split seal takes only a few minutes.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks at the folds. The joints between panels are the weak point of any concertina screen — a worn X seal lets water track straight through onto the bathroom floor. A fresh seal closes each fold properly again.

Made to flex. The semi-rigid X profile combines a soft body that bends with the screen and rigid tips that stay put in the channels, so it keeps working fold after fold.

Easy replacement. No adhesive and no tools — the seal slides out and the new one slides in from the top in minutes.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the height of your screen's vertical channels.

2. Choose. Pick the 900mm or 2000mm length — whichever is at or above your measurement — or add the custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Slide the old X seal up and out from between the panels, cut the new seal to the height of the screen, then slide it back in from the top, engaging both channels as you go.
