GRP & Composite Materials
Glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) and wood-plastic composite (WPC) combine a polymer matrix with a reinforcing fibre, giving a material that will not rust, rot or corrode and needs no painting or sealing. The gritted GRP surfaces here hold their slip resistance wet or dry, which is why they are specified for external steps, walkways and platform edges; WPC decking gives the same weather resistance in a board or tile format for gardens, balconies and patios.
- Anti-slip GRP decking strips and step edging, pre-drilled for direct screw fixing
- GRP stair nosings and full stair tread covers for worn or slippery steps
- Pultruded GRP kick plates and toe boards for mezzanine and platform edge protection
- Reversible grooved WPC composite decking boards in 3.6m lengths
- Click-fit interlocking WPC decking tiles for patios, balconies and roof terraces
