Brushable Industrial Contact Adhesive

Amber, brushable industrial contact adhesive for joining suitably prepared surfaces with a two-sided coating method. Supplied as one 1-litre metal can; the 1 Litre option is the sale unit.

Application method

1. Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and suitable for this adhesive.
2. Brush a thin, even coat onto both mating surfaces.
3. Allow the coating to become touch-dry; the supplier gives an approximate 2–15 minute window, depending on conditions.
4. Align carefully, bring the surfaces together and apply firm pressure across the bond.

The supplier gives approximate coverage of 3–4 m² per litre, depending on surface absorbency and application. It states good heat resistance and that maximum bond strength develops over a few days. Make a suitability trial on the actual materials and follow the product label and safety data sheet, including handling and ventilation instructions.
