Self-Adhesive Anti-Slip Safety Tape

Self-adhesive anti-slip tape with a gritted walking surface for adding traction to suitable steps, ramps and pedestrian routes. Choose a plain black finish or a black-and-yellow hazard pattern.

Roll size and selection

Each sale unit is one 18 m × 50 mm roll in the colour selected. Measure the usable width and length of the application area and allow for joints, edge clearances and waste. Cut the tape to length with an appropriate knife or scissors.

Prepare the surface

Apply to a clean, dry, sound substrate and press firmly along the full tape width. Adhesion depends on the actual surface, temperature, moisture and contaminants; trial a small area before a full installation, especially on porous, textured or exposed surfaces. Inspect edges and replace damaged sections as needed. The tape adds a gritted surface but no quantified slip-resistance rating is claimed here.

Suitable trial locations include stair treads, walkways and workshop steps where the substrate and site conditions permit adhesive bonding. One roll is supplied; tools and surrounding flooring are not included.
