Heavy-Duty Black Rigid PVC Flat Bar – ER109B3

Black rigid PVC flat bar with a solid 25 × 5 mm rectangular profile and square corners. The thicker 5 mm section provides a more substantial spacer or cover strip than the 3 mm profiles.

Where it fits

Machine guarding trim, fascia or a robust cover strip where the wider bearing face and thickness suit the design. Measure the available face, depth and fixing surface before selecting the profile. The bars may be cut to suit a run using methods appropriate for rigid PVC; plan the joints, fixings and edge treatment for the installation.
