Nylon 6.6 Black Rod

Nylon 6.6 black rod is a high strength engineering plastic bar offering excellent rigidity, wear resistance and good dimensional stability. It is widely used for precision-machined components where higher mechanical performance and temperature resistance are required compared with standard cast nylon grades.

Supplied in convenient rod lengths such as 16 mm diameter x 1000 mm and 16 mm diameter x 3000 mm, this material machines cleanly to tight tolerances and delivers long service life in dry-running and lubricated applications. Nylon 6.6 black rod is ideal for demanding industrial use across mechanical, automotive and general engineering environments.
