Oilon Sheet

Oil-filled nylon sheet is a self-lubricating engineering plastic designed for demanding wear applications. The built-in oil reduces friction and improves performance compared with standard nylon, especially in dry-running or intermittently lubricated conditions.

Supplied in sheet form, this material is ideal for machining into bespoke wear components where reduced maintenance, quiet running and longer service life are critical. Sheets can be cut to size and precision machined to your drawing, with typical sizes such as 905mm x 220mm x 16mm available.
