PE500 Green Sheet

HDPE 500 green sheet offers an excellent balance of impact resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical stability, making it ideal for demanding industrial and food-processing applications. Supplied in standard sheets such as 2000 x 1000 x 10mm, 2000 x 500 x 10mm and 1000 x 1000 x 10mm, it machines cleanly and is easy to fabricate, weld and thermoform.

This high-density polyethylene grade provides low moisture absorption and a smooth, non-stick surface that is easy to clean and maintain. It performs reliably across a wide temperature range, resists many chemicals and is suitable for use in wet or corrosive environments. Sheets can be cut to size to suit wear strips, guards, liners and a wide variety of engineering components.
