Rigid PVC Barbed T Section

Rigid PVC barbed T-section for covering straight joints between panels and protecting exposed board edges. Its gently domed flange provides a finished face while the barbed stem locates in a prepared groove.

Choose the profile

Select the available 19 mm or 25 mm flange and colour from the variants. The 19 mm profile has an 11 mm stem depth; the 25 mm profile has an 11.5 mm stem depth. Both have a nominal 3.4 mm barbed stem width. The supplier describes fitting into a suitable 3 mm wide × 12 mm deep groove; verify the groove and panel construction before installation.

Pack and application

Each sale unit contains 12 straight lengths of 2.44 m, a total of 29.28 m. Use for panel-joint finishing, concealed edge irregularities and incidental bump protection where rigid PVC is appropriate. Plan the run, cuts and corners before ordering; fixings and other accessories are not part of the pack.
