Self-Levelling Floor Compound – Latex, Universal & Exterior Screed, 20kg

Get a smooth, even subfloor ready for tiles, vinyl, laminate or carpet with this easy-to-mix self-levelling floor compound. Simply add water, mix and pour – the latex or fibre-reinforced formula spreads and self-smooths under its own weight, filling dips and levelling out uneven concrete, screed or timber subfloors before you lay a new floor covering.

• Latex formula for internal light-to-medium traffic areas, applied at 2–10mm thickness.
• Universal formula for general internal use at 3–6mm thickness in a single application.
• Exterior formula rated for balconies, patios, garages and walkways, unaffected by rain or frost once cured, and usable at 5–15mm (up to 50mm with pea gravel).
• Ready to walk on in around 2 hours and typically ready for floor coverings after 24–48 hours depending on thickness and conditions.
• Each 20kg bag covers approximately 5.75m² at a nominal 3mm thickness (coverage will vary with true thickness applied).

Always prime absorbent subfloors such as bare concrete or sand/cement screed with a compatible acrylic primer before application, and follow the manufacturer's mixing ratio and working time guidance printed on the bag.
