What this seal is

A clear 90-degree join seal for frameless enclosures where two glass panels meet at a right angle. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of 8–9mm glass with no adhesive — it can also be used on 10mm glass, though the fit is very tight — and closes the vertical joint between the two panels so water stays inside the enclosure.

These seals are most commonly found on the vertical sections of a bath screen where the glass panels meet at 90 degrees. Where hinges hold the two panels together, the seal is simply cut around them.

Choose your length

This seal comes in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths. Pick the length at or above the joint you're sealing — it cuts down easily at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Seals the corner joint. The vertical join between two panels is a prime escape route for spray — this profile closes it along the full height and keeps the water where it belongs.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips the glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue.

Nearly invisible. The clear PVC sits tight into the corner, so the enclosure keeps its clean frameless look.

Cut to fit at home. Trim it to height and notch around hinges with ease — or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–9mm thick (10mm is a very tight fit), measure the height of the join, and note the position of any hinges.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement.

3. Fit. Trim to length, cut around any hinges that hold the panels together, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so it bridges the 90-degree join. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
