Tufnol 10g/40 Sheet

Our phenolic laminate 10g/40 sheet is a high-performance cotton fabric reinforced plastic, engineered for reliable mechanical strength and stable electrical properties. Manufactured from fine woven cloth bonded with phenolic resin, it offers excellent wear resistance and good dimensional stability under load.

This sheet material is ideal for precision components, insulating parts and low to medium voltage electrical applications. Supplied in standard sheet sizes and thicknesses such as 1.6 mm, it can be easily machined, drilled and profiled to bespoke requirements while maintaining tight tolerances.
