What this roller is

A replacement upper roller for sliding shower doors, supplied as one roller with a choice of 20mm, 23mm or 25mm wheel diameters. The easy-glide wheel gets a sticking, grinding door running smoothly again in minutes.

Its swivel action lets the wheel follow the track, so it suits curved and quadrant doors as well as straight sliders. It fixes through the existing hole in the glass and comes with screw cover caps for a tidy finish.

Why fit this roller

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 5–6mm thick with an 8–11mm hole set 17mm from the edge, and measure your old wheel’s diameter.

2. Choose. Pick the 20mm, 23mm or 25mm wheel to match your old roller and track.

3. Fit. Lift the door to take the weight off the roller, unscrew the old one, screw the new roller through the existing hole, fit the cover caps and re-hang the door on its track.
