What this seal is

A clear vertical glass-to-glass seal for screens with 6–8mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of one pane — no adhesive required — and the long flexible blade bridges across to the neighbouring pane, spanning gaps of up to 34mm — the widest coverage in this glass range.

It fits vertically between two panes — typically between a door and a fixed panel — closing the join so water stays inside the enclosure instead of spraying through the gap.

Will it fit my screen?

Measure your glass thickness (6mm, 7mm or 8mm) and the gap across to the next pane (up to 34mm). The first photo shows the seal seated on the panel edge with the blade bridging across — compare it with your old seal before ordering.

Why fit this seal

Closes the widest panel gaps. With a blade spanning up to 34mm, this profile bridges gaps that standard glass-to-glass seals can't reach, stopping spray escaping between door and fixed panel.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 6–8mm glass on its own — it pushes straight onto the pane edge and comes off cleanly when it's next due for replacement.

Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC lets the glass do the talking — no chunky frames or brackets across the join.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 6–8mm thick, measure the gap across to the next pane (up to 34mm) and the height of the panel edge.

2. Choose. Pick the 900mm or 2000mm length and trim it to your panel height.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean the glass edge, then push the U-section on from the bottom of the pane, working upwards — never slide it along the glass.
