Glass-to-Glass Seal for 8-10mm Glass - Spans Gaps up to 24mm

What this seal is

A clear vertical glass-to-glass seal for heavyweight frameless screens with 8–10mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass without adhesive, and the flexible blade spans gaps of up to 24mm to the adjacent pane, closing the joint between two panels so water stays inside the enclosure.

It fits vertically between two panes of straight glass — it is not for curved panels or bottom edges. If your gap is larger than 24mm, we also make a 40mm-span version of this seal.

Why fit this seal

Closes the panel-to-panel gap. The vertical joint between a frameless door and its fixed panel is a prime escape route for spray. This blade spans up to 24mm and keeps the water inside the enclosure.

Made for thick glass. The U-section is sized to grip 8–10mm frameless glass securely — no adhesive, no screws, no drilling.

No residue. Push-fit means it comes off cleanly if you ever need to replace or reposition it.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick and measure the gap between the two panes — up to 24mm for this seal (our 40mm-span version handles bigger gaps).

2. Choose. Pick the 900mm or 2000mm length at or above your panel height, or have us custom cut it.

3. Fit. Clean the glass edge once the old seal is off, cut the new seal to the panel height, then push it onto the glass from below, working upward without sliding.
