Bifold Shower Seal - 5mm T-Head, Low 6mm Profile, Seals 2-6mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
The lowest-profile seal in our 5mm T-head family: just 6mm tall overall, sealing small gaps of 2mm to 6mm — ideal where the door sits tight to the tray. The T-head slides into the aluminium or plastic channel on a bifold or framed shower door — no adhesive required.
Fit it horizontally under the bottom rail of a shower door or bath screen, or vertically in a channel between the glass and the wall.
6mm or 7mm profile?
Both share the same 5mm T-head. This 6mm-high version seals gaps of 2–6mm; the near-identical 7mm-high version covers 2–7mm with a slightly different blade shape — compare the cutaway photos before you order. If your gap sits at the top of the range, the taller profile gives you more to work with.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks under tight-fitting doors. A perished or missing channel seal lets water track out under the bottom rail — this low 6mm profile closes gaps as small as 2mm without dragging on the tray.
No adhesive, no tools. The T-head slides straight into your existing channel — nothing to glue, and the old seal pulls out just as easily when it's time to replace it again.
Cuts with scissors. The soft flexible PVC trims cleanly to your door width at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same day when you order before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your channel slot is 5mm wide, measure the gap you need to close (2–6mm) and the width of the door.
2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length and cut it to size with scissors.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, then feed the new T-head in and slide it across until it sits flush.
Not sure it fits?
Email a photo of your old seal or your measurements to sales@industrial-polymers.co.uk and our UK team will confirm the right profile and size before you order — usually the same working day.
