Bifold Shower Seal - 6mm T-Head, 12mm Tall, Fits Curved & Straight Channels

What this seal is

A clear channel seal for bifold doors and bath screens that combines a rigid 6mm T-head with a soft flexible body. The seal stands 12mm tall overall and closes gaps of 7mm to 12mm. The rigid head grips firmly in the frame channel while the soft body does the sealing.

Because the body flexes, it follows curved channels on curved bath screens just as happily as straight rails — which is exactly what most customers buy it for. The T-head slots into aluminium or plastic channels with no adhesive, though a little silicone can be added if you prefer.

Why fit this seal

Follows the curve. The flexible body works around the curved bottom rail of a curved bath screen — a job most rigid seals simply can't do.

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn channel seal under a bifold or curved screen lets water track onto the bathroom floor. A fresh seal closes the 7–12mm gap and protects flooring and skirting.

Grips without glue. The rigid 6mm head holds firmly in the channel on its own — no adhesive, no residue, and easy removal when it's next due a refresh.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your frame slot is about 6mm wide and the gap to close is between 7mm and 12mm. The cutaway photo shows the exact cross-section to compare against your old seal.

2. Choose. Pick 900mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your rail length — or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, following the curve. Cut the new seal to length with scissors, then feed the T-head in at one end and work it gently around the curve until seated.
