Shower Door Brush Seal 5mm x 10mm for Bifold & Channel Doors

What this seal is

A brush seal for bifold and channel shower doors with a 5mm T backing and a longer 10mm bristle pile for bigger gaps. The rigid backing slides into the door's channel with no adhesive, and the dense synthetic bristles sweep the gap shut beneath the door.

Bristles have a trick a solid blade can't match: they flex over lips, slopes and ridges in the tray that would fold or snag a rubber seal, so the door keeps gliding quietly instead of dragging.

Which brush size do I need?

Check the channel slot takes a 5mm backing and the gap beneath the door is around 10mm. If your gap is nearer 6mm, 8mm or 12mm, we stock those bristle depths too — measure before you order and pick the depth closest to your gap.

Why fit this seal

Seals over uneven trays. The 10mm bristles ride over lips and slopes that would defeat a solid blade, keeping contact with the tray along the whole width of the door.

Keeps the door gliding. Bristles brush rather than drag, so bifold and sliding doors stay light and quiet to operate instead of juddering across the tray.

No adhesive, no mess. The T backing slides into the existing channel — nothing to glue, cure or clean up.

Easy like-for-like replacement. Slide the old seal out, feed the new one in — a few minutes' work restores a clean sweep beneath the door.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check the channel slot takes a 5mm backing, and that the gap beneath the door is around 10mm.

2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width — ready to cut down to size.

3. Fit. Slide out the old seal and clean the channel, cut the backing to length, then feed the T backing in at one end and slide it across until seated.
