Shower Door Brush Seal 7mm x 6mm for Bifold & Channel Doors

What this brush seal is
A replacement brush seal for bifold and channel shower doors, combining our widest backing with our shortest pile: a 7mm T-shaped backing carrying 6mm synthetic bristles. The rigid backing strip simply slides into the channel on your door — no adhesive, no screws — and the dense brush fills the small gap beneath, keeping water inside the enclosure while letting the door fold smoothly and silently.
It is made for doors with a wider channel slot that sit close to the tray. If your gap is larger, the same 7mm backing is also available with 8mm, 10mm or 12mm bristles — measure the gap below your door before ordering.

Why fit this brush seal
Keeps water where it belongs. A worn or flattened brush lets water splash under the door and onto the bathroom floor — a fresh, dense pile closes the gap and protects flooring and skirting.
Smooth, silent door action. The short 6mm pile fills the gap without dragging on the tray, so bifold doors keep folding freely.
No-mess fitting. The T backing slides straight into the existing channel — no adhesive, no residue, and it can be replaced again in minutes next time.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same day when you order before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot takes a 7mm backing, measure the gap below the door (around 6mm for this pile) and the length of your old seal.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above the length you need — or use our custom cutting service.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, trim the new seal to length and slide the T backing along the channel until it sits flush.
