Grey Twin Wheel Lower Shower Door Roller - 10-13mm Hole, 18mm Centres - 20/23/25mm
What this roller is
A complete replacement lower roller assembly for sliding shower doors — not a bare wheel. Each unit is a grey plastic body with a glass clamp, an adjuster pin, two easy-glide wheels and screw cover caps, supplied as one assembly. The swivel action lets the wheels follow curved and quadrant doors as well as straight runs, and gets a worn, seized or broken runner rolling smoothly again.
It fits glass 5–6mm thick drilled with a 10–13mm hole, with the centre of the hole 18mm from the edge of the glass. The wheels come in three diameters — 20mm, 23mm or 25mm — so you can match your old roller exactly.
Grey or chrome? Check before you order
We stock two twin wheel lower rollers. The quickest way to tell them apart is the finish, but the fixing dimensions differ too — so measure as well as look:
- This roller — grey plastic body. Fixing hole 10–13mm, hole centre 18mm from the glass edge, wheel sits 19mm from the front of the glass.
- The alternative — polished chrome body. Fixing hole 8–11mm, hole centre 17mm from the edge, wheel 18mm from the front — see our chrome twin wheel roller.
If your hole measures 10mm or 11mm it falls inside both ranges. In that case the deciding measurement is the distance from the hole centre to the glass edge: 18mm for this one, 17mm for the chrome.
Choose your wheel size
Remove one of your old rollers and measure the wheel across its widest point, then pick the matching diameter — 20mm, 23mm or 25mm. A badly worn wheel can measure slightly under its original size, so choose the nearest listed diameter and check the door height adjustment once fitted.

Why fit this roller
Gets the door gliding again. A worn lower roller makes a sliding door grind, stick or drop off its track — a new easy-glide assembly restores smooth, quiet movement in minutes.
Suits curved doors. The swivel action lets the wheels follow the curve of quadrant enclosures, not just straight tracks.
Tidy finish. Screw cover caps are included to hide the fixings once the roller is fitted.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same day when you order before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Take an old roller off the door and measure the wheel diameter, then check your glass is 5–6mm thick with a 10–13mm hole whose centre sits 18mm from the edge.
2. Choose. Pick the matching wheel size — 20mm, 23mm or 25mm.
3. Fit. Unscrew the old roller, bolt the new assembly through the hole in the glass, click on the screw cover caps and check the door runs smoothly along the track.
Not sure it fits?
Email a photo of your old roller or your measurements to sales@industrial-polymers.co.uk and our UK team will confirm the right roller and wheel size before you order — usually the same working day.
