MAG004CP - Chrome Magnetic Shower Screen Seal - Fits 4-6mm Glass - Length of 2000mm

What this seal is

A pair of chrome magnetic shower screen seals (MAG004CP) for 4–6mm glass. Each rigid PVC U-channel pushes onto the meeting edge of the glass with no adhesive, and the built-in magnetic strips pull the doors together and hold them shut while you shower, yet still open easily when you're finished.

These seals fit vertically — usually on quadrant enclosures, though some bath screens and other doors use them too — and can be used at either 90° or 180°. Sold as a pair in 2000mm lengths and easily cut down to size once received.

Which angle — 90° or 180°?

Both angles are shown in the main product image. If you're using the seals at 180° with sliding doors, they're suitable as long as your gap is no greater than 23mm when the doors are closed. With hinged or pivoting doors at 180°, the gap needs to be exactly 23mm — otherwise the two magnetic strips won't quite line up and the seals may not close as intended.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the height of each meeting edge and, for 180° use, check your closed-door gap against the 23mm guidance above.

2. Choose. The pair comes in 2000mm lengths — cut down at home or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to height if needed, then push one channel onto each vertical meeting edge so the magnetic strips line up and pull together as the door closes.
