Replacement Shower Door Roller Wheel 19mm to 27mm for Sliding & Quadrant Doors

What this roller is

A replacement roller wheel for sliding and quadrant shower doors, supplied as a single roller with screw cover caps included. The easy-glide wheel is 6mm thick, fits glass 4–6mm thick and suits a fixing hole in the glass of 7–13mm diameter; the distance from the front of the glass to the wheel is 11mm.

The wheel does not swivel, but as a single wheel it is still suitable for some curved and quadrant doors. Please note the wheel may be black or white depending on the batch.

Which wheel size do I need?

The roller is available in five wheel diameters: 19mm, 21mm, 23mm, 25mm or 27mm. Measure your old wheel straight across its widest point and match the diameter exactly — a different size can leave the door sitting too high or too low on its track.

Why fit this roller

Gets the door gliding again. A worn or seized roller makes a sliding door drag, grind and jump the track. A fresh easy-glide wheel restores smooth, quiet movement in minutes.

Protects the door and track. Running a door on a failed roller wears the track and strains the glass fixings — replacing the wheel early is the cheap fix.

Simple like-for-like swap. Unscrew the old roller, screw in the new one and press on the cover caps — no specialist tools needed.

Fitting

1. Measure. Measure your old wheel's diameter, check your glass is 4–6mm thick and the fixing hole is 7–13mm across.

2. Choose. Pick the matching wheel diameter — 19mm, 21mm, 23mm, 25mm or 27mm.

3. Fit. Unscrew the old roller, screw the new one into the same hole and fit the screw cover caps. Check the door runs level and adjust as needed.
