What this handle is

A pair of stylish chrome-effect shower door handles measuring 170mm overall, made as a direct replacement for any door with 145mm between hole centres. One handle fits the inside of the door and one the outside, so the enclosure looks right from both sides.

The fixing bolt measures 3.8mm in diameter, so the handles fit any hole in the glass of 4mm diameter or more. Two glass protection washers are included to cushion the fittings against the glass, and fitting is a simple screw-on job — your old handles come off and the new pair goes on in minutes.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the distance between the centres of the two fixing holes in your glass — it needs to be 145mm.

2. Check. Confirm the holes in the glass are at least 4mm in diameter for the 3.8mm fixing bolts.

3. Fit. Unscrew the old handle, position the glass protection washers, then screw the new pair on — one handle inside, one outside.
