Shower Screen Seal - 10-12mm Glass, Seals 10-15mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear straight-fin push-fit seal for heavyweight screens and doors with 10–12mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section grips the edge of the glass on its own — no adhesive, no screws — and the fin closes gaps of 10mm to 15mm, stopping water escaping onto the bathroom floor.

It is most commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the glass upright to seal the gap between the glass and the tiles or wall.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn, discoloured or missing seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from water damage.

Made for thick glass. Most off-the-shelf seals stop at 10mm — this channel is sized to grip 10–12mm frameless glass securely without adhesive.

No adhesive, no mess. It pushes straight onto the glass and comes off again without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 10–12mm thick, measure the edge to be sealed and the gap you need to close (10–15mm).

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm, 2000mm or 2500mm.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the seal onto the glass from one end and work your way along. Do not slide the seal along the glass, as this can damage it.
