90-Degree Corner Seal for 3-4mm Glass - Push-Fit

What this seal is

A clear corner seal for shower and bath screens where two panels of 3mm or 4mm glass meet at a 90° angle. The rigid PVC U-channel pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and closes the joint between the two panels so water can't escape through the corner.

You'll most often find this seal on the vertical sections of a bath screen, running up the join between panels. Where hinges hold the two panels together, the seal is simply cut around them during fitting.

Why fit this seal

Seals the corner leak. The join between two panels is a classic escape route for shower water — a fresh 90° seal closes it and protects your floor.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-channel grips 3–4mm glass on its own, pushing straight on and coming off again without residue.

Easy replacement. A discoloured or split corner seal spoils the look of a bath screen; swapping it takes minutes with no tools beyond a sharp knife for trimming.

Four lengths, cut to fit. Order the nearest length above your join height and trim it down — and around hinges — for a neat finish.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 3mm or 4mm thick and measure the height of the 90° join between the panels.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm.

3. Fit. Cut to length, cut around any hinges, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so it seals against the adjoining panel.
