Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Carrier with T-Slot Groove

What this seal is

A clear carrier seal for 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-channel simply pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and various T-shaped channel seals can then slide into its groove, letting you seal a gap where a standard one-piece seal will not work.

It is commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal section of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to create a seal between the glass and the tiles or wall.

Choose your length

Available in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths and easily cut down at home. If your glass edge sits between two sizes, order the next length up and trim it — or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Solves awkward gaps. When a standard seal will not close the gap, this carrier lets you slot in the T seal depth you need — one channel, many options.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed without leaving residue.

Easy replacement later. When the T seal eventually wears, slide a fresh one into the same channel instead of replacing the whole seal.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the edge to be sealed, and measure the gap you need to close.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement, plus the T seal to suit your gap.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal, trim the channel to length if needed, push it onto the edge of the glass, then slide the T seal into the groove. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
