Shower Screen Seal - 8-10mm Glass, 30mm Twin Fin

What this seal is

A clear shower screen seal for 8mm, 9mm or 10mm glass, closing gaps of 25mm to 30mm. The high-quality rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass with no adhesive, and the blade bridges the gap to stop water escaping every time you shower.

It is most commonly fitted horizontally along the bottom of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright edge of the glass to seal against tiles or a wall.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn or missing seal along the bottom of the screen is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.

Closes wide gaps. The blade is sized for gaps of 25–30mm, so even a generous clearance under the door gets a clean, continuous seal.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 8–10mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and can be removed without leaving residue on the glass.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick, measure the edge you need to seal, and check the gap is between 25mm and 30mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm — or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean the glass edge, trim the new seal to length, then push the U-section onto the glass so the blade closes the gap.
