Shower Screen Seal - 8-10mm Glass, Twin Angled Blades, 6mm

What this seal is

A clear threshold seal for shower and bath screens with 8mm, 9mm or 10mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section grips the bottom edge of the glass with no additional adhesive, and the soft fin hangs 6mm below the seal, closing gaps of 2mm to 6mm.

It is designed for the bottom of a shower or bath screen used in conjunction with an upstand or threshold: rather than physically bridging a large gap, it stops splashing water escaping over the threshold or upstand and onto your bathroom floor.

Choose your length

Measure the width of the panel and pick the nearest length at or above it — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm. If your measurement sits between two lengths, choose the longer one and trim it down, or add our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Keeps splashes where they belong. Working with your upstand or threshold, the soft fin deflects splashing water back into the enclosure instead of letting it creep over the edge and onto the floor.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 8–10mm glass on its own, so it pushes straight on and can be removed later without leaving residue on the glass.

Nearly invisible once fitted. The clear PVC blends into the glass, keeping the clean look of your screen while the fin quietly does its job.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect edge-to-edge fit, or use our custom cutting service.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick and the gap above your threshold or upstand is 2–6mm, then measure the width of the panel.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal, clean the glass edge, trim the new seal to size and push the U-section onto the bottom edge of the glass so the soft fin sits over the threshold.
