Black Shower Seal - 8-10mm Glass, 7-12mm Gaps, Profile 4
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A black replacement shower screen seal for thicker 8–10mm glass, sealing gaps of 7mm to 12mm. The high-quality rigid PVC U-section simply pushes onto the edge of the glass — no additional adhesive needed — and closes the gap between your screen and the tray, tiles or wall.
This profile is most commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the wall or tiles. It is a straight seal, designed for straight glass only.
Choose your length
Available in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm, 2000mm or 2500mm lengths. Measure the edge of glass you need to cover and pick the nearest length at or above it — the seal is easily cut down to size at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal
Made for heavier frameless glass. The channel is sized to grip 8–10mm panels — the thickness used on most frameless screens and doors — securely, with no adhesive.
Stops leaks and protects your bathroom. A worn or missing seal lets water track onto the floor every time you shower — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term damage.
No adhesive, no mess. The rigid PVC channel grips the glass on its own, so there is nothing to stick, cure or clean up — and it can be removed without leaving residue.
Discreet black finish. The black profile suits dark-framed and matt-black shower enclosures, giving a neat, deliberate look rather than an obvious repair.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick, measure the gap you need to close (7–12mm for this profile) and the length of the glass edge.
2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — or add custom cutting and we'll trim it for you.
3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the seal onto the glass starting at one end and work your way along, pressing it on as you go rather than sliding it.
